Legal obligations placed by, and under, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, employers, including the self employed and those who have control of use, supervision and management of those who use work equipment, must all be aware and competently understand their compliance to the HSC approved code of practice ACofP Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 Regulation 3.
Additionally PUWER Regulation 8 (Information and Instructions) links to other regulations, including Regulation 9, are explained within AV Training's qualified approaches to the training of people. Comprehensive training linked with practical experiences and qualification of all instructors used is imparted to all attending course delegates, as is reflective in AV Training's retention as the companies preferred training organisation.
